The Northwest Washington Section (NWWS) is a Section of the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association (PNCWA), a Member Association of the Water Environment Federation (WEF). NWWS is composed of water and wastewater operators and other water environment professionals from the northern part of the State of Washington.
